MEET TÉO: THE TALENT BEHIND OUR NEW LOGO DESIGN
After 21 years, it was time to refresh our company logo, and we’re thrilled to unveil the new one! But behind every great logo… there’s an even greater creator! This is the story of how Téo Pavlidis, our talented UX Designer, led the way in crafting this exciting new design. Read on!
The Logo Design Opportunity
The opportunity to lead the design work arose from ongoing discussions about refreshing our corporate logo after 21 years. Instead of turning to a marketing agency, we found the right competence for this work in-house. Téo, with his background in art direction, was a natural choice to lead this project. Working with the marketing team, he aimed to create a design that honors our legacy, while it represents our forward-thinking approach.
The Creative Process
“To create a meaningful new logo, it’s crucial to understand a company’s identity—how it’s perceived internally, externally, and how it aims to be seen in the future,” shares Téo.
He addressed this by leading workshops, conducting surveys, and analyzing current marketing strategies to gain deep insights into our company and audience.
With this understanding in place, the creative process began. Decision-makers and key stakeholders were involved early on to ensure alignment from the start.

The refreshed visual identity aims to convey innovation, reliability, and forward-thinking, all of which align with our goals for growth and market leadership in the warehouse software industry,” .
Personal Growth through Collaboration
Apart from being a rewarding design challenge, the logo project was also an opportunity for both personal and professional growth for Téo.
“The workshops I facilitated brought together co-workers from various departments, and I gained a deeper understanding of different perspectives of the company through my colleagues. Moreover, by collaborating closely with the marketing team, I became a bridge between Marketing and R&D, broadening my skillset. Leading workshops and organizing surveys also strengthened my research skills.”
The new logo was first revealed at SUMMIT, our annual company event.
Looking back, Téo feels a deep sense of pride—not just over the logo itself, but in what it represents. The project is a great example of what can be achieved through collaboration, innovation, and the effective use of people in the organization. For Téo, the experience has been a key moment in his career at Consafe Logistics, allowing him to make a meaningful impact on the company while fully utilizing his diverse skillset and previous experiences.
“It’s more than just a change we needed to make in our identity; it’s proof of what collaboration between fundamentally different departments and proper resource management can achieve. I’m not just proud of the logo; I’m proud of Consafe Logistics,” says Téo.
