    Thomas Grüner is a seasoned logistics professional with over 11 years of experience at Rexel, a leading electrical equipment distributor. He started his career at the company in logistics, building a new distribution centre from the ground up. Later, he transitioned to IT to work on optimising the warehouse and logistic flows. He created a WMS tactical board in 7 countries in Europe, bringing all departments together to improve company-wide performance.  

    Since 2023, he has also led Rexel’s Automation community. His focus includes various automation technologies such as ASRS, picking robots, AMRs, cobots, software integrations, and other innovative solutions.
